1.5-2 lb. ground beef
1/8 tsp. miinced garlic
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. 8" flour tortillas
1 med. onion (chopped)
2 cans ranch style beans
1 can rotel tomatoes
2 c. monterey jack (shredded)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Spread one layer of tortillas in a large 9x13 pan. Layer half of the ground beef, beans, and half of the cheese. Place another layer of tortillas over this. Layer the rest of the ground beef. In a blender mix the soup and rotel tomatoes. Pour over all. Bake at 350º for about 40 minutes. Place the remaining cheese over the casserole, and bake an additional 15 minutes.
