1 c. cake flour
1-1/4 c egg whites
1/4 tsp salt
1-1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp flavoring.
Directions:
Directions:
Beat to stiff peaks egg whites, cream of tartar and salt. Then add half of sugar, little at a time. Alternate the remaining flour and sugar. Do all this with wire or wooden spoon. Pour in Angel Food cake pan. Bake.
