Cake:
1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
Filling:
1 c. water
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. Crisco
2 tsp. vanilla
almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, instant pudding, water, oil, eggs, and salt. Pour into 9x13 pan lined with waxed paper. Bake at 350º for about 35-40 min. Turn out onto rack covered with towel. Cool. Split into two layers. Put top half back into pan.

Filling: Cook water and flour until thick, stirring constantly. Cool and add rest of ingredients. Beat until thick and light like whipped cream. Fill and chill cake. May be frozen. Keep in refrigerator with lid on.
