1 # 2 1/2 can kraut well drained
1 # 2 15 oz can tomato sauce
4 slices bacon
1 onion chopped
1 cup brown sugar

Directions:

Cut bacon into small pieces and fry with onion.

Drain grease

Mix with remaining ingredients.

Bake 350º oven for 1 hour.

Walt Brown was Bill's boss at Rockwell. This recipe was handwritten on Rockwell International Collins Division Memorandum note paper. Walt and Betty Brown and their daughters were also members of Salem Church.
