1 can of sweetened condensed milk

Take the label off the can and put it in a small pot with water to just cover.
Time it when it begins to boil for 1 hour.
DO NOT TOUCH THE CAN
Turn off heat and let it set for 1 hour undisturbed.

When cool to touch open the can, it will have turned a honey-like consistency, spreadable and ready.
