3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavor
1 1/2 tsp. almond flavor
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 1/8 cup oil (Wesson)
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 T. poppy seed

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 2 well greased 9x5 loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350º

Prepare Glaze:
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. butter flavor
1/2 tsp. almond flavor
1/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup sugar

Mix well. Poke holes in the bread after you take it out of the oven. Put glaze over warm bread. Let stand til cool. Remove from pan while still a little warm. Note from Mary Kay: I found that if I wait until bread is completely cooled it tends to stick in the bottom of the pan.
