2 1/3 cups cornmeal
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tablespoons baking powder
1/2 cup powdered milk
3 eggs
2 cups whole milk
3/4 cup salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together, Mix liquid ingredients together & add to dry ingredients. Grease ends of loaf pans and line with pan-liner or wax paper.
Bake at 340 º for 43-45 minutes.
Yield: 4 loaves or makes 1 large 9 x 13 pan from 1 recipe.

This is a wonderful cornbread recipe and very easy to make. DeAnn used to make it and take it to Wednesday night live with a huge pot of chili. Another one of Nancy's fabulous recipes!
