Sour Cabbage Leaves (can buy at import store).
1 large leek
2-3 small onions
1 large carrot
2-3 potatoes
1/2 cup of white rice
bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all vegetables finely. Saute leek, onion and carrot in olive oil and then add potato cubes. Cook rice half way and then add to veggie mix. Add vegeta, salt, pepper, paprika to taste. Spoon mix into cabbage leaf. Roll length-wise and stuff ends in. Place in pan seam down. Add water to top of pan. Cook on medium heat for about an hour. Once water boils, turn down heat. Prepare thickening sauce. Heat 3-4 tbspn oil, add 2 tbspn flour, chopped garlic, paprika and pour over sarmas. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
