1 c. chopped cooked chicken breast
3 c. broccoli slaw mix (pre-packaged)
1 large red or green apple, diced
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. seedless red or green grapes
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. light mayo
2 T. skim milk
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. celery seed (to taste)
salt and pepper (to taste)

In a large bowl, mix chicken, broccoli slaw, fruits and nuts.
In a small bowl mix remaining ingredients then pour over the broccoli mixture. Toss until well blended. Chill until ready to serve.
