1 pkg. (16oz) Kroger Penne Rigate
1 pkg. (1lb) Kroger Ground Mild Italian Sausage
1 c. Kroger frozen chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, crushed or 1/2 tsp. Kroger Garlic Powder
1 pkg. (8oz) sliced Fresh Selections by Kroger White Mushrooms
1/4 tsp. Kroger Ground Black Pepper
1.5 tsp. Kroger Italian Seasoning
1 can (14.5oz) Kroger Italian Style Diced Tomatoes
2 cans (14.5oz) Kroger Crushed Tomatoes
3 c. Fresh Selections by Kroger Spinach, roughly chopped
8oz. Kroger Mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 c. Kroger Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

Preheat oven to 425º.
Bring salted water to boil in large pot. Add penne pasta and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and return to pan.

While pasta is cooking, heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage, onion, and garlic, and sautee until sausage is cooked through, breaking up meat with back of spoon, about 10 minutes. Add mushrooms and sautee 3 minutes. Add pepper, Italian seasoning and tomatoes to pan. Simmer, stirring occassionally, about 8 minutes.

Combine sausage mixture with pasta, spinach, mozzarella cheese and 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese. Pour into 13x9in glass baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 2/3 c Parmesan cheese over top.

Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
