1/3 cup red onion ( chopped)
4- fresh garlic cloves
2- tbsp. olive oil
1- tbsp. butter
Saute that;
4- cups skim milk
1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. lawry's season salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 block Velveeta
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cups grated Italian 4 cheese blend
1- jar 15 ounces classico- Alferdo sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Start it out in your ducth oven and transfer to your slow cooker and keep on low. Use this for Fondueing, on top of potatoes, We dip warm bread, Shrimp, Chicken. Whatever you would like. We love it !!!
