4 large baking potatoes
2/3 C butter
2/3 C flour
6 C milk
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 green onions, chopped
12 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
1 1/4 C shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz sour cream
1T chicken base

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and prick with a fork. Bake 400º for 1 hour Cool. Cut into half inch cubes, leaving skins on. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute stirring constantly. Add milk. Cook until mixture is thick. Add potatoes and rest. Cook until heated through and mash up the potatoes some. Add extra milk if needed. Garnish with additional bacon and cheese.
