1/4 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
2 onions, chopped
3 potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 bottles clam juice
2 8 oz cans of clams with their liquid
3 C water
1 C 1/2 & 1/2
2 T corn meal
1 bay leaf
1 T parsley
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in dutch oven and drain off most of the grease. Cook the potatoes and onion in the same pot with the water, til tender. Add the rest, except the1/2 &1/2. Add this right before serving and reheat through.
