1 - box devils food cake mix
1 - jar smuckers carmal topping -12.25oz.
1 - large bag heath english toffee bits - 16 oz.
1 - large container cool whip
1 - can condenced sweetened milk

Directions:
Directions:
1) Bake cake in 13x9 pan as directed on box and let cool slightly.
2) Poke many holes all over top of cake and pour condenced milk then carmel topping all over the top and let it soak in.
3) Sprinkle 1/2 bag (8oz) of toffee bits over top of cake / save half for garnish.
4) Chill for 6 hours or overnight.
5) Spread 1 large container of cool whip on top & garnish with the rest of the toffee bits...enjoy!!
