6 large baking potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1 1/2 Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 c. butter or margarine
paprika, salt, pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pierce potatoes with fork and bake until tender (375 degrees for 1 hour). Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp, leaving 1/4 inch in each shell. Stir into remaining ingredients, reserving some bacon and cheddar cheese. Refill shells and sprinkle each half with bacon, Cheddar cheese and paprika. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese melts and thoroughly heated. Serve hot.
