3 3 oz. pkg. of 1 each lime, orange, cherry Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water for each pkg.
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 c. hot pineapple juice
1 pt. whipping ceam
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
14 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar

Dissolve separately the 3 jello's each in 1 1/2 cups hot water. Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water and add 1 cup hot pineapple juice. Whip when partially set. Whip 1 pint cream with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Add gelatin mixture to this. Cube the three flavored jello's when set. Add the cubed jello to the gelatin mixture. Mix the graham crackers, 1/2 cup sugar and butter and place half of mixture in pan. Add the jello mixture and top with other half. Chill overnight.

This was a recipe given to me by John's Aunt Esther the first year we were married. It looks pretty and is good. I thought I had lost this recipe and found it put in with Mom's. Was glad to have found it again.
