3 c. rolled oats
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
fruits, nuts, chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and any fruit or nuts. In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients. Add the wet to the dry.
Pour into a greased 9X13 pan. Bake for 40 minutes.

This stuff is great! I put chopped apples in, but anything like blueberries, dried cranberries, raisins, etc. would be good. I also put in chocolate chips. Honestly that made it a bit rich for me with the full cup of brown sugar. I know. Shocker.
