2 3 oz. pkg. lemon flavor gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce ( chilled)
2 apples, cut in small pieces
1 c. diced celery (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water and pineapple, chill. When mixture starts to thicken, add cranberry sauce, apples and celery.
Pour into pan 12 x 7 1/2 in. Chill until firm. Serve on greens topped with mayonnaise.
