3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup creme fraiche
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 cup imported Roquefort cheese

Directions:
Directions:
combine cream, creme fraiche, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in bowl of food processor witted with steel blade. process briefly. add roquefort and process again to blend. do not over process; dip should remain chunky. scrape dip into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until ready to use
