2 pounds extra lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup water
2 cloves garlic
2 eggs
2 T parsley
1 T sweet basil
1 T oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients. Roll into uniform sized balls. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes until nicely browned. Remove from pan to cool. Freeze or add to sauce or soup and simmer for 1 hour.
