Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 egg yolks
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. Grand Marnier liqueur
1 c. heavy cream
real fresh strawberries
any other fruit in hand

Directions:
Directions:
In the top of a double boiler or in a stainless steel bowl that will fit on a pot snugly, place 5 egg yolks and 1/4 C. honey. Put enough water in bottom pot to last 10-15 min. without touching upper bowl.
Beat or stir constantly with whisk over low to medium heat until sauce becomes quite thick and sticks to the side of the bowl, about 10 min. Remove from heat and add the Grand Marnier, whisking until well blended. Refrigerate until sauce is very cold.
Whip 1 cup heavy cream stiff and fold into sauce.
Hull and slice strawberries and any other fruit into dessert dishes. Top each serving with 2 T. of sauce.

Personal Notes:
The secret to this dessert is in the fresh fruit - the juicier, the better. I have heard that Grand Marnier, extended over too long a period, does cause some people the blues. That was definitely not the case this particular day. By the time Brian and I were done with the fruit, we were both a little tipsy. Enjoy.
