7-1/2 quarts popcorn (pop 3 batches of 1/2 cup of seeds)
2 sticks Butter
2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Corn Syrup
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda






Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add baking soda. Stir well. Pour over popcorn and stir.

Bake in oven at 200 degrees for one hour, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool and eat.

Using a disposable foil turkey roasting pan works well because of its high sides and capacity.

Using a high quality popcorn such as baby rice popcorn is recommended.
