2 c plain flour
2 sugar
2 sticks butter
5 Tbl unsweetened cocoa
1 c water
2 eggs
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 c butter milk
1 tsp vanilla

Icing
1 stick butter
3 Tbl cocoa
6 Tbl milk
1 lb powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped pecans ( optional )

Directions:
Directions:
Cake mix
Grease and flour a 10 x 15 cookie sheet ( with edges
mix flour and sugar in a large bowl set aside
In a pan mix butter, cocoa, and water boil and stir well.
Add the dry mixture and blend well.
add the rest of the ingredients mixing well as you go
Pour into the pan and bake at 400º 20-25 min
Last 5 min of baking start the icing
For Icing
Heat in a pan on the stove butter, cocoa, and milk. Heat to boiling then add powdered sugar, vanilla, and nuts ( optional)
Pour hot icing over hot cake. Spread evenly and then cool.
