1 1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped red pepper
1 15 oz. can vegetable broth
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes and green chilies
1/2 c. salsa
1 T. chili powder
1 tea. cumin
3/4 tea. garlic powder
1 can pinto beans
1 c. corn
cheddar cheese - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cover, bring to boil and simmer 5 min. the onion, peppers and broth. Add salsa, spices, beans and corn and simmer another 5 min. Garnish with shredded cheese.
