2/3 c. regular oatmeal, cooked
2/3 c. light corn syrup
2 beaten eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Combine with oatmeal, syrup, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Add butter and mix thoroughly. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cool before serving. Can be served with whipped cream.
