2 can shoepeg corn
1 can french style green beans
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C chopped celery
1/2 C chopped green pepper
8 oz sour cream
1 small can sliced water chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onion, celery, pepper til almost tender. Drain vegetables. Mix all together in greased casserole. Top with buttered, crushed Ritz cracker crumbs. Sprinkle with small amount of shredded cheese. Bake til bubbly.
