1 lb ground turkey
1 small onion
1 cup minute rice
2 cans tomato soup, condensed
1 1/2 cans water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute ground turkey and onion, drain fat and stir in uncooked rice. Remove from heat. Cut cabbage in small wedges and put in bottom of greased casserole dish. Pour ground beef and rice mixture over cabbage. Combine both cans of tomato soup with water, mix well & pour over the top of ground beef, rice and cabbage. Make sure to pour along the edges as well. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
