1C old fashioned oats
1 C quick rolled oats
1 C sliced almonds
1/2 C chopped pecans
1/2 C chopped walnuts
1/2 C wheat germ

1/4 C oil
1/2 C maple syrup
3/4 C brown sugar

dried fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the oil, syrup and sugar til bubbly. Add the other ingredients and stir well. Cook until begins to toast. Remove from heat. Add 1C dried fruit of your choice. Cool. Store in thightly covered container.

I make this in a large electric frying pan. Dried cranberries, blueberries and chopped apricots is a good fruit combination. Use real maple syrup.
