1 lb round steak sliced thin
1/4 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 C chopped onion
1 6 oz can mushrooms
1 clove garlic minced
parmesan cheese
1 C sour cream
1 can tomato soup
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
4 T shortening
1/2 C diced green pepper

Cooked rice.
Directions:
Directions:
Dredge meat in flour, seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown in shortening. Add onions, peppers and garlic. Add sauces. Cover and cook until steaming, then reduce to simmer. Cook until meat is tender.
Serve over rice and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over.
