1/4 cup butter
1 cup onion diced
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup brown gravy (store bought- I use all of the gravy in the bottle)
2 cups mashed potatoes
additional butter
1 can Delmonte Summer crisp corn (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1/4 cup butter & cook onion until lightly brown. Add beef, salt, pepper and continue cooking. Stir in gravy. Spoon into buttered casserole dish. Top meat with one can of drained corn and then mashed potatoes & dot with butter.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes until lightly browned.
