1/2 lb white mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tbsp. butter
2 cups chicken stock
salt and fresh ground pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup Italian parsley, minced
1 cup cream
3 tbsp. white wine (or more to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Add stock and seasonings and simmer 15 minutes. Put through blender to desired consistency. Return to pot. Add parsley, cream and wine. Heat well to blend flavors.
