4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 T. cider vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 9" unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes.

This tastes like a custard pie, which is my ultimate favorite dessert. I got this recipe from Ida Hillock.
