4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
3 jars of carrot baby food (4 oz. ea)



Frosting:
4 tbsp butter (melted
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add sugar, oil, flour, soda, salt cinnamon. Mix well and add 3 jars of carrot baby food. Pour in greased pan an bake for 20-30 minutes at 350º.
Combine butter, vanilla, powered sugar, and cream cheese. Frost cake.
