4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 c. boiling water

Icing: 3 c. powdered sugar
1-1/3 c butter.
ground peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat whole eggs very stiff; add sugar and beat more. Then add flour and baking powder. Lastly add boiling water and flavor to suit taste. Bake in a moderate oven of 350º for 30 minutes. Cut in squares and ice with powdered sugar and butter frosting and roll in ground peanuts.
