2 lb carrots sliced thin, steamed, smashed
1/2 c butter
3 eggs
1/2 sugar
3 Tbl four
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Grease 2 qt casserole dish with butter and sprinkle the sides with sugar.
Mix the above ingredients and bake at 350º for 45 min to an hour.
