2 lemons cut and squeezed
yolk of 4 eggs
9 tbsp sugar,
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp melted butter
2/3 goblet milk

Directions:
Directions:
make a rich pie crust for the under crust (prebake)
bring other ingredients to a boil and stir until it thickens pour in pie crust, beat egg whites of 3 eggs until stiff and add 3 tblsp sugar and frost pie brown whites a little.

If you follow the regular baking guide for lemon merange pie using this filling it should come out quite nice.
