3 tbsp oil
6 cloves garlic- minced
3 jalepeno chilis- minced
12 oz can unsweetened coconut milk
1/3 cups creamy peanut butter
1/3 cups soy sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp minced ginger root
1 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp tobasco
1 cup diced red pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1lb boneless chicken- sliced
1 lb linguine

Directions:
Directions:
heat 2tbsp oil. saute garlic, jalepeno for 3 mins. add coconut milk, peanut putter, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, ginger, honey, tobasco. whisk until smooth. simmer. heat remaining oil in skillet. add bell pepper, mushroom, green onion. saute 3 min. add chicken. cook through for 3 mins add sauce heat thru, pour over cooked pasto.
