1 tsp sage
1 tsp rosemary
2 med. garlic cloves chopped
1 tsp salt, pepper
4 center cut pork chops 1 inch thick
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cups dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sage, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. press mixture into both sides of chops. melt butter and brown both sides turning carefully. remove from pan. add 1/2 cup wine and boil. return chops to pan. cover, reduce heat and simmer till chops are tender- about 25-30 mins

when ready to serve, remove chops to heated plate add remaining wine and boil down to syrupy glaze
