1 pound asparagus
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp oil
1 tsp dried oregano
6 plum tomatoes
1 medium red onion
6 basil leaves, chopped
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
preheat the grill. Cut off the bottom 2 inches of the asparagus and discard. place asparagus in medium mixing bowl and toss with kosher salt, oil, and oregano. remove from the bowl. cut plum tomatoes in half and toss in same bowl. set bowl aside for later. peel red onion and cut into 5 thick slices. grill the asparagus for 1 minute, roll over and cook for an additional minute. remove asparagus from grill and set aside. put tomatoes skin side up on grill and cook for 1 minute. flip over and grill skin side for 1 minute or until lightly charred. remove from grill and set aside. place onion slices on grill and cook for 1 minute on each side, then remove from grill. cut grilled asparagus into 1 inch pieces and return to mixing bowl. cut tomatoes into 4 pieces and toss with asparagus. quarter the red onions slices and add to bowl. add the basil, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and sugar to the bowl and toss gently to blend. taste, and add kosher salt if needed.
