1 bunch celery (stalk). cut diagonally into one inch pieces.
2 Tbsp sugar.
1/4 tsp salt,
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper.
1/4 c cider vinegar.
1 Tbsp bell pepper finely chopped.
3 dashes worchestishire sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1/2 in. water into pan. Add celery, salt, worchestishire sauce, and cayenne pepper. Cover, leave crack and bring to a boil. Cook until celery is tender and liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar. Transfer to serving dish and scatter bell pepper over top.
