Apricots - enough for 4 qt. jars
Vodka

Directions:
Put washed, whole fresh apricots (ripe but firm) in 4 qt. jars. Cover with vodka. Screw on top loosely, place in sunny place until liquid turns amber. Screw top on tight & set in dark place until Christmas. Drain, strain & bottle.
Begin this in late August.
