2 Tbl Mustard
1 lemon ( juice and Zest)
1 tsp sage
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbl olive oil
1 tsp honey
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and pour over either chicken or pork let stand for one hour or over night. Wipe off marinade with a paper towel before grilling.
