3 c. mashed potato ( always use white potatoes)
1/2 c. half and half
1 stick of butter (soft)
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and cool in refrigerator overnight.
When you are ready to make it divide the dough in half and add 1/2 c. flour and mix. (may take a little more flour). Make into small balls and roll out on a floured board. This needs to be rolled very thin. Cook on lefsa grill.

I don't have a lefsa grill so I use my electric fry pan.

Rolls best on a pastry cover and rolling pin that has a pastry sock over it.
