4 chicken breasts
salt and pepper
1/4 c olive oil
1 Red bell pepper
1 Green bell pepper
3 oz sandwich ham or bacon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ( 15 oz) can diced tomatoes
1/2 c white wine
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1/2 c chicken broth

Directions:

Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil on med heat in a big fry pan with a lid. Put chicken in the oil and brown on both side. Take out chicken and put it on a plate even though it isn't all the way done. Put the peppers, ham, garlic in same fry pan with the oil, stir for about 5 min. Add tomatoes, wine, spices and chicken broth bring to a boil. Add Chicken into peppers mixture and put lid on the pan. Turn down to low and simmer 30 min.
