1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups sliced cauliflower
Desired additional chopped veggies (carrots, celery, broccoli, potatoes, etc.)
2 T butter
2 T flour
1/2 tsp. salt
few dashes white pepper
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine: chicken broth, chopped onion & cauliflower. Bring mixture to boiling. Reduce heat, cover & simmer 10 minutes or til vegetables are tender.
Place half cauliflower in blender & blend 30-60 seconds. Pour into bowl, Repeat & then set aside, in the same saucepan, melt butter, Blend in flour salt & pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook til thick & bubbly. Stir in blended vegetable mixture. Cook & stir til soup is heated through. Season to taste if necessary.
