1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 chicken, cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 (soup) cans of water
1 envelope dried chicken soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Spread the uncooked rice in a greased baking pan. Put the uncooked cut-up chicken on top, fat side up. Mix together the soup, water and dried chicken soup; pour over the chicken. Baked at 375º for 1 hour.

Mom made this A LOT. She shared the recipe in our church cookbook as well. It was a favorite of hers, maybe because she only had to add a side dish of vegetables and the meal was complete.
