3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp.salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 cups pumpkin
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
2 c. raisins (optional)

Directions:

Mix together all dry ingredients. Make a well, and add other ingredients. Mix well, until smooth. Add the nuts (and raisins if desired). Pour into 3 medium greased & floured loaf pans. In a preheated oven, Bake one hour, at 350 or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool before removing from pans or serving.
