3/4 c. milk
1-1/4 c. crushed saltine crackers

Beat milk and egg together:
Dip meat in egg mixture and roll in cracker crumbs.
Put 1/3 c. cooking oil in frying pan and brown meat lightly on both sides. Cover pan and put in a pre-heated oven at 350º for about 1-1/2 hrs. This will vary according to how thick you pieces of meat are.
