4 c. frozen corn (or fresh)-Chop the corn up
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs ( save 1/4 for on top)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the corn up or put it in the automatic chopper for just a few seconds. Mix everything together and pour into a well greased casserole dish. Sprinkle last 1/4 c. crushed crackers on top.
Bake 350 º for 1 to 1-1/2 hrs. Time will vary according to what type of dish you use.
