1 Lg piece fresh Salmon
Olive Oil
Soy Sauce
Seafood seasoning ( Old Bay is good)
3 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Pour olive oil lightly over bottom of a 9 x 9 dish or cookie sheet. Shake soy sauce over fish, sprinkle with seasoning. Coat salmon with garlic to cover as much as possible. Heat oven to 350º and bake for 15-20 min
